Breytt fyrirkomulag á föstudagssmiðjum 10-12 / Changes in the Friday workshops for the 10-12 years old
Í haust var ákveðið að auka opnunartíma fyrir 10-12 ára starfið og gladdi það okkur félagsmiðstöðvastarfsfólkið virkilega mikið. Við brugðum á það ráð að bjóða upp á smiðjur á föstudögum fyrir alla árgangana saman (5.,6. og 7.bekk) og hafa skráningu fyrir þær í gegnum völufrístund. En vegna erfiðleika sem hafa fylgt skráningarkerfinu höfum við ákveðið fella niður skráningarferlið og hafa þetta eins og hinar opnanirnar. Krakkarnir mæta þegar þau vilja og ekki þarf að skrá þau sérstaklega í smiðjuna. Föstudagssmiðjurnar okkar hafa gengið vonum framar og hlökkum við til að bjóða upp á fleiri stórskemmtilegar smiðjur á vorönninni.
It was decided in fall to increase the opening hours for the 10-12 year olds which made us youth workers very happy. We planned to offer workshops on Fridays for all the classes together (5th, 6th and 7th grade) and have registration for them through valafrístund. But because of the difficulties that have followed the registration system we have decided to cancel the registration process as is and have it the same as the other openings. The kids will attend when they want to and they do not need to be registered for the workshops. These workshops have exceeded our expectations and we are looking forward to offering more wonderful workshops this spring semester.
